Overall Satisfaction with Workboard

We've been using Workboard to help us set goals and OKR's within our business unit and the broader organization. Prior to Workboard, set had a very fragmented way of developing, setting and tracking our OKR's which lead to lost time and delayed reporting every quarter. Workboard has allowed us to spend more time focusing on setting and tracking rather than organizing goals and OKR's.

Pros

  • Setting clear goals and OKR's.
  • Tracking against deliverables.
  • Reporting.

Cons

  • There's a bit of a ramp time to using the service.
  • Amount of time saved for managing goals had allowed us to spend more time on goal setting and tracking.
Workboard is well suited in any organization IMO, it allows the individual business units to quickly set, define, organize and track their respective OKR's and align them with the larger business goals. The speed at which we're able to do this with Workboard has allowed us to spend more time on the goals themselves and less time on the management of the goal-setting exercise.
