Overall Satisfaction with Workday Financial Management
We use Workday Financial Management as our digital one stop HR resource for all employees. It empowers our employee to self serve time off requests, salary and pay services, Pay history & pay stub view downloads, as well as common letters such as employment letter. Workday Financial Management essentially takes away the added responsibility from our people leaders by allowing teams to access info they need on whim.
- Staff Self Serve for Time off, overtime, sick days
- Generation of important Job Letters, Pay stubs, pay history,
- Resource for all things HR, Pay, and time off.
- The Search function can be a little slow at times
- Tracking of Employee goals
- Reminders for Employee milestones
- Frees up people leaders time
- Improved Staff user experience for requesting salary details
- Improved Staff user experience for tracking excess/overtime
Workday Financial Management provides a seamless experience to access your required documents or review your pay history. Everything can be done in one place. It true is the one stop shop for digital HR hub to open up self serve to employees. Workday Financial Management has its advantages because it does so much. I find ADP global view was more visual and overall great, but limited in its options when compared to Workday.
