Overall Satisfaction with Workday Workforce Management

We used Workday Workforce Management for our Human Resources payroll, expense reports and expenses claims as well as for general organization uses such as severance, payouts and tax reporting. Workday Workforce Management made everything fairly Simple and put everything all in one place. Because of this, it made it easy for our teams to get paid, expense items and view important documents.

I rate Workday Workforce Management as a 9 because it is incredibly easy to use for our staff, our hr team and allows for tons of use cases. From payroll, to benefits, expenses, secure documents and organizational information. The security, consistently and ease of use really take it to the next level.
ADP seemed more focused on the sales process as opposed to the product and features themselves. Ramp wa a very comparable option, it was less user friendly but offered some easier use for expenses and was a better option for the price. Workday Workforce Management however was all around best option however.

Workday Workforce Management is very well suited for enterprise and larger medium sized business. If you want to have clear and consistent payroll, easy to navigate tool and the ability to add customizations as necessary I highly recommend this tool. For a smaller business less so, but dependent on the case.
