Overall Satisfaction with Workday Workforce Management
We use Workday Workforce Management as our Human Capital system of record. This product adds document upload functionality, eliminating the need for a separate method for human capital document retention. It also allows you to see all employee IDs across integrated systems on a single screen. The time stamp for master data changes could be more user-friendly for location changes. Employee personal data changes has a easier tracking method.

- How it tracks work location changes.
- The reporting functionality.
- It is hard to classify, as we use WorkDay only for human capital management, not payroll.
