Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Workday Workforce Management as our Human Capital system of record. This product adds document upload functionality, eliminating the need for a separate method for human capital document retention. It also allows you to see all employee IDs across integrated systems on a single screen. The time stamp for master data changes could be more user-friendly for location changes. Employee personal data changes has a easier tracking method.

Return on Investment

It is hard to classify, as we use WorkDay only for human capital management, not payroll.

Usability

It lacks some of SAP's functionality. PeopleSoft and Oracle have.

Likelihood to Recommend

The ability to view uploaded SS cards, passports, IDs, and employment agreements is a plus. It can improve how to view every work location update with a timestamp in the system. It shows this clearly for employee changes, but not for work location changes.
