Overall Satisfaction with Workday Workforce Management

We use Workday Workforce Management for all aspects of workforce management including Pay and Benefits management, job openings, touchpoints, team management and annual compensation reviews. It is an integral part of the day-to-day management of our teams for people managers and a go to resource for individual contributors.

  • Navigation is not always intuitive
  • The UI could be more user friendly
  • Performance is not always optimal
  • very positive central repository of all Workforce information
  • Saves time and effort for all members of a very large workforce resulting in significant savings.
I do find the navigation and the UI a bit cumbersome and unfortunately, we don't have a good place to get support internally with any sort ease or response time leaving one to have to fend for themselves and just keep poking around. Once you find what you're looking for it works great.

It's particularly well suited for Touch Point Reviews and overall workforce management (IE Org structure, who's where and appropriate titles and contact info in the directory.) It's not well suited when you don't really know the specific title of the menu option. Some things are similar and one can spend some significant time getting to the right functions.
