Overall Satisfaction with Workhuman
We use this software for employee recognition and awards. It is very user friendly and allows you to leave personalized messages for the recipients. The awards have categories to select from with recommendations of levels. The recognition is then sent to an approver that allows you to give them a personalized message on why you chose the recipient/s. It then allows you to make the recognition public for the company with your message for the recipient or you can keep the message private for the recipient to see only.

- Ease of use for the whole process

- More detail on some of the questions asked for reasons why you selected the nominee
- Dont have more input at this time
- Makes people feel acknowledged when their peers recognize them
- Helps with productivity on the team
- Makes employees feel appreciated and drives for better performance
