Overall Satisfaction with WorkPatterns

During a pilot project we outlined different tasks assigned to each team member, conducted follow up meetings and one performance reviews where we draw insights from the tasks and feedback given within WorkPatterns
  • Outline tasks for each team member
  • Find all individual tasks on one place
  • Find all feedback given in one place
  • Agenda or calendar of tasks could be better filtered
  • Still easier to use outlook or teams on one-to-one
  • Encouraged use of new tools (pilots) and team involvement (brainstorming)
  • Useful to conduct performance reviews based on measurables (reports)

It is well suited for projects, less so for the recurrent work-load. It is capable to organize one's agenda of tasks if used consistently, but it can lead to double working or missing tasks if done seldom (without coherence)
