Superb Team and 1-2-1 Collaboration Tool

We have been trialing WorkPatterns for almost a year and have found the tool to be extremely productive. The main advantage it has over fellow collaboration tools is that one can share their tasks with colleagues and Management (normally Line Manager) and effectively have an open discourse or line of communication. In my experience, I have found that I can share details of my project work with my colleagues and Manager and they can share inputs. Those inputs don't have to be instantaneous but can appear whenever they have an idea. It's allowed me to keep track of tasks and activities and complete them on time. There is no constant back and forth. Everyone can see what the task and suggestions are on a single pane of glass. It's so intuitive and easy to use. Under a full itinerary, topics to be analyzed and reviewed consisting of subset activities will all be shown. There is a lot of dynamism and fluidity involved e.g. Notifications and Tasks can be given levels of precedence which can change depending on how the project progresses and other factors. Time limits and schedules can also be set. By doing some preparation beforehand we've found the Meeting option to be so much more useful and productive. There are hardly any items forgotten to be discussed, equally, there has been less likelihood of 'afterthoughts'. In essence, everything is better organized, meticulous, clear, focused, discernible, efficient, and productive.
