Overall Satisfaction with WRITER

This is one of the things I was most excited about. Then I was told it doesn't wokr that way, we have to create mutliple agents or graphs to do what we want it to do. It is not a plug and play solution. After doing research, we found one of their most successful use cases that they shared with us has a dedicated employee assigned to making WRITER work effectively. I need a toolto augment my team, not create more work for us.
It was supposed to be trained on our brand voice to keep consistency, but I honestly can't tell the difference. From an enterprise standpoint, it does protect our data, so I will give it that, which is why we were looking for an enterprise grade solution in the first place.
I did not select WRITER, as it was selected by my predecessor. I am not sure they even evaluated the tool against others, as I heard it was used at her previous organization. WRITER would not have been on my tools to evaluate and I most likely would have went with Jasper.
