Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Forecasting®
Xactly Forecasting® helps us to better align our selves with the companies goals. After our ERP Update, Xactly Forecasting® is taking information from our CRM data to help deliver more accurate forecasting as well as giving us a health check along the way. it is important in sales to have an accurate and healthy pipeline which will better help support our job functions.
Pros
- Provides a quick detailed over view of our pipeline. This will help us identify deals that need attention and to maintain a healthy pipeline
- being able to view our pipeline is also a motivational tool to help us drive success
- an aligned forecast helps us to be more confident in our sales numbers as well as providing more accurate information to our management team.
Cons
- With the integration in to our SFDC, this sometimes can delay when the information is loaded to Xactly Forecasting®. This may be an one off issue with the way it is being loaded by our company.
- Consolidating data from our CRM as well as our newly updated ERP System
- Being able to view team and individual performance
- Being online and being able to view this data from out of office
- More accurately forecasting incoming revenue
- Cleaner and Healthier pipeline - moving out dead deals and focusing on fresh opportunities and keeping close with those customers
I mainly use this application for the ability to develop, manage and inspect my pipeline to move deals along to the correct stages, have the correct forecasted dates and being able to stay on top of my deals. This allows me to push out deals that are no longer interested and close more deals.
