I use Brightmine daily as a source for Policies, templates and best practice.

Cons

  • I can't think of any improvements at present as it perfectly meets my needs.
  • Brightmine saves a lot of time which would be spent researching various topics.
  • It provides peace of mind that the information is the latest and most up to date.
  • It saves me from having to put a letter together from scratch and is easily editable.
Policies from Brightmine are in constant use providing us with the framework to ensure we remain employment law compliant.
Brightmine ensures that our processes and practices are kept up to date and compliant.
I found Brightmine easier to search and that it had a more logical navigation.
