Use Cases and Deployment Scope

For anything employee relations related, Brightmine is a dream! Everything you possibly need around due process, letter templates, and general guidance is there at your fingertips. Legislation updates are also updated frequently on the site, and there are policy templates to support your build of an employee handbook ready to go. I'm very grateful to have access to such a comprehensive tool.

Cons

The UI is a little basic.
It can be sometimes hard to find what you need (navigation).

Return on Investment

Saved time when preparing for grievance investigations.
Saved money on employment lawyer fees for legislation updates.

I would say it has helped as we know our policies and processes are in line with the law thanks to the templates and guidance on Brightmine.
