Overall Satisfaction with XpertHR

XpertHR is fantastic, we use it constantly for templates, updates and help with our internal compliance and manager development training, our policies and letters for staff. We find it a great resource we can trust in and it helps with the learning of our newer team members. It's a very useful resource for HR professionals, compared to other sources such as gov.uk
  • Template policies are perfect, up to date and read very well
  • The manager training sections are great as you can build them into your own sessions and provide accurate answers
  • Their themed packs are excellent resources when you are venturing into new guidance, for example supporting menopause in the workplace
  • I wish that it was easier to download the packs that are sent via email and that this is linked directly to your account. Sometime I will receive and email about new material which seems very exciting, but then am not able to easily locate it on the website.
  • It has saved our People Partners lots of time rather than coming up with things from scratch
We ran a rather tricky redundancy programme, all of the guidance XpertHR provided was clear and ethical which was a great resource for the managers running the programme and helped us have difficult conversations, but know we were operating well within employment law and the process was a fair one.
We've used it for changes in holiday pay and to help with calculations. With the compliance side covered we can spend time on the more value driven work we need at the organisation.
XpertHR has a much better understanding of client needs that other product I have used, a wider range of resources and is a lot easier to work with.

It is a must for any HR Department that are interested in being coherent, user focused and up to date. It was clear we needed to bring in a clearer policy for bullying and harassment, I was able to amend the template document so it fit our organisation's issues but still remained compliant and fair. I was able to click through on other useful documents when developing the policy and sharing changes with our senior leadership team
