We use Zeen to run our online meetings, both online stand-ups for team members, but also calls with customers and leads.

Pros and Cons

Pros

I love the fact that I can save the audio recording of the call
When you log in to a meeting, your video is on by default - which seems more natural for our use case
Having the ability to set an agenda prior to the call, is really useful

Cons

The on-boarding process for Team spaces is a little confusing and could be improved

Return on Investment

Overall, Zeen reduces time fussing about getting into meetings; especially the fact that you don't need to install additional software.

Alternatives Considered

Blue Jeans, Zoom and GoToMeeting

Zeen wins over its competition because of its ease of use, tightly controlled feature set and the fact that no additional software is required.

Likelihood to Recommend

Zeen is perfect for daily stand-ups and quick calls with customers.
