Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits

Easy onboarding process and simple to use platform. Has an extensive HR library; you can create handbooks, reviews, offer letters, etc. Great platform and very easy to use.

ADP reps are easier to get a hold of, however, the onboarding, payroll process, HR templates are easier to use in Zenefits.
