Overall Satisfaction with ZeroBounce
We use ZeroBounce to make sure the email addresses we are sending to are valid and the email will be delivered. We use it to make sure we keep our bounce rates low and our domain reputation high. We have a large list of emails to keep track of and understand that addresses become obsolete over time.
Pros

- I can't think of anything I would like to see done differently
- Our deliverability is approximately 99% on most emails we send thanks to ZeroBounce
- We've had an increase in our domain reputation
- The price is affordable and similar to other tools that do the same, but are not as accurate as ZeroBounce
It has been very accurate. We've used other tools that did not do as well as ZeroBounce in identifying incorrect addresses. Even worse, some addresses were flagged as invalid on the other tool and were found to be valid in ZeroBounce.
It's helped us keep our bounce rate low and our domain reputation high. The tool is fast and easy to use.
Yes, the platform is very secure and uses 2FA to login. The files you upload are deleted after 30 days.
