Overall Satisfaction with ZeroBounce

We receive databases from our sales reps that need to be verified before we import. These emails are also added to our corporate database and therefore the integrity of the list is crucial in order for us to protect the health of our database.

Pros

  • Each list is validated very quickly.
  • The dashboard is very user friendly for brand new users.
  • Results are extremely detailed with separate spreadsheets included for each category.

Cons

  • I honestly don't have any issues when using the system!
  • Improved deliverability from our corporate domain
  • Clean data = Smoother running systems
We have not run into any issues with inaccurate results.
It helps us keep a clean database which is better for all systems and processes. Our deliverability of our emails is crucial to our business so this tool is invaluable.

The lists we run are generally anywhere from 50 - 1000 email addresses and it works beautifully. I don't have any experience with 'massive' uploads to know how efficient ZeroBounce is but I think any size company could benefit from this product. If you have one email address to validate or an entire spreadsheet, ZeroBounce makes it easy. Also, the formatting for the spreadsheet is very flexible which is very convenient.
