We use ZeroBounce to validate email lists before sending campaigns. It helps us maintain low bounce rates and protect our sender reputation. We primarily use the bulk validation feature for list hygiene, running checks periodically to catch invalid or stale addresses before they cause deliverability issues.

Accuracy has been solid — very few valid addresses get flagged incorrectly, and it catches most problematic ones. This means fewer surprises after sending and less time spent manually dealing with bounces.

No concerns so far. Data handling has felt secure, and we haven't experienced any issues with how our lists are processed or stored.
