Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)
It is used across our entire organization. We use it primarily for HIPAA compliance and to ensure that necessary communications are encrypted.
Pros
- Auto encryption of emails where user doesn't realize the information is confidential.
- Easy to use and update.
- Non-intrusive interface.
Cons
- TLS implementation was not covered by the install team.
- Log reporting could be easier to search
- Minor updates to virtual appliance should be automated.
- Peace of mind that we are doing what we can to protect our client information.
- We try to keep our IT systems non-intrusive while still filling a significant role in the organization, Zix does this great.
