Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)

It is used across our entire organization. We use it primarily for HIPAA compliance and to ensure that necessary communications are encrypted.
  • Auto encryption of emails where user doesn't realize the information is confidential.
  • Easy to use and update.
  • Non-intrusive interface.
  • TLS implementation was not covered by the install team.
  • Log reporting could be easier to search
  • Minor updates to virtual appliance should be automated.
  • Peace of mind that we are doing what we can to protect our client information.
  • We try to keep our IT systems non-intrusive while still filling a significant role in the organization, Zix does this great.
Ease of deployment, maintenance, and use.
Zix is very respected in the government institutions we work with. This makes the instant delivery of encrypted email very easy.

I have a large number of users with little computer knowledge, even so we rarely get complaints or questions on how to use the software.
