Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)
We utilize multiple Zix products across our entire organization. Zix provides us with secure email solutions and helps Guardian protect our valuable customer information.
Pros
- Zix provides an easy to use, secure email solution for Guardian and our customers.
- ZixOne gives us flexible device management and secure email for our Guardian colleagues to utilize on their personal devices.
Cons
- A more modern design on the customer facing Zix secure email gateway would be nice.
- Because the Zix gateway is so easy and requires no user interaction, securing our customer's private data is ensured. We don't have to worry about a colleague sending private information through non-secure email by accident.

The price was attractive and the features met our needs.
