Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)

Zix Gateway is used across the whole organization to protect ePHI and scan/encrypt all outgoing emails.
  • Support.
  • Ease of use.
  • It is pricey.
  • Increased compliance.
  • Some customers don't like secured portals but I don't think that is necessarily just a Zix issue.
  • Security.
It scans everything. It isn't just user-based plugin.
The suite of products helps to ensure the client's information is protected, as well as helps users to be protected from themselves.

Using Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)

Some things take a few clicks to get to, but it is always improving.
