Overall Satisfaction with Zix

Zix is being used to Encrypt our emil system. Working with the staff was a smooth transition and an easy implementation process. The techs worked with me and gave me the support that we needed. The encryption system is very robust and easy to use for our end users.

I gave this a 10 because the users don't have to do anything for their emails to be encrypt. With Zix automatic system, sometimes the end users don't even know that their emails are being encrypted. And with the reporting system we are able to see if what emails are being encrypted and adjust if needed.
We were having an issue with mail flow. I contacted a representative and a Zix employee reached out to me almost immediately! We were able to resolve the issue and everything returned to normal. By the way....the issue was not on Zix's end! That was very good and fast support!
We wanted an easy to use system with little to no end user interaction. Humans are able to make mistakes so we wanted to take out the user error.
Our company is only using Zix for email encryption. The easy to use system and the robust infrastructure gave us a lot of options and different ways that it could be used. Our users are able to implementation encryption with just a simple key word or it is able to scan our emails and automatically encrypt them. That's something that we love!
