Longterm value
Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Books
I find using Zoho books really helpful in keeping track of our billings, invoices, and payments. Having it built into the CRM saves us so much time and we can have it linked to the payment processor, this means we do not have to keep track to make off when invoices have been paid. That is a huge time saver for us
Pros
- you can add separate billing entities if you need them
- Keeping track of payments
- Recurring billing
- Create estimate for invoices
- Bill for timing and projects is flexible
Cons
- Linking to other platforms like outlook sending copies of invoices to emails that are not coming via zoom
- Link to my bank to run accounting and payments verification
- nothing else
- Costs are really affordable to small businesses, even start up get to try it for free based on the number of clients and not just a few free days
- can allow access to designated staff etc. which tracks all actions taken
- Give reports direct to your accountant is a huge time saver
equally comparable to other payment processing made online, the benefit of using Zoho is that it has so many other apps and tools that are easily integrated like Zoho Sign, e.g. for sending out quotes etc. but also can be connected via an API to many other commercial platforms and software. This makes Zoho really flexible for so many businesses
