Everything from Zoom Rooms, meetings, whiteboarding and even digital signage. Having full flexibility on what and how we can deploy meeting rooms is tremendously liberating, and provides an exceptional user experience.
- Exceptional customer service, account managers and ticket escalation.
- Flexible, evolving and simple Zoom Room deployment experience.
- Easy and effective digital signage solutions.
- A constant effort to improve and integrate new features into their Zoom clients.
- Digital Signage: Currently, one install = one signage. Bring on multiple screens and streams from a single host!
- Zoom Rooms: Your website and documentation only indicate the system/hardware requirements for Intel-based machines. Why doesn't AMD get any love?
- Zoom Rooms: The list of compatible/approved HDMI capture devices is out of date; at least 1/3 are discontinued, and there aren't any cost-neutral alternatives on that list when compared to the previous Logitech Capture and Magewell devices.
- Powering 80 TVs, in three offices, using Zoom Signage on anything from old laptops to a dedicated host. Priceless. Try saying THAT to a digital signage hardware manufacturer.
