Zooming through Meetings and Webinars with Ease

Across the Highmark Health enterprise there are numerous use cases for which Zoom meets the needs of the users. Day-to-day meetings between clinicians, administration, and business office employees are the most common. Zoom also meets a subsection of the telemedicine/telehealth needs for the clinicians. Board Meetings include a hybrid option via Zoom. Enterprise All-Leader and All-Team-Member meetings are accomplished via Zoom Webinar. Zoom Rooms enabled a very specific use case for the Tumor Board Meetings at the flagship hospital for our Cancer Institute. We have found that Zoom is a tool that users tend to learn quickly and move to self-sufficiency in a relatively short period of time.
