We do all of our demonstrations with clients on Zoom.
After we get a prospective client on a phone and convince them to take a demo, we transfer them over to a sales associate who runs the demo on Zoom.

- Usually, it offers a crisp video.
- It's nice that you can have multiple hosts to control the meeting.
- It's sometimes hard for our clients to get into the meeting in a seamless manner. When a new client clicks a zoom link it always prompts them to download the app instead of just launching in their browser.
- I don't analyze the ROI of this software. The program works as you would expect. I believe we switched off of Dialpad's free video-conferencing tool for Zoom and the change has been positive.
