Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Virtual Agent

We have multiple self-serve tools available for our clients, but many have not been utilized effectively. We needed to redirect our clients to the tools that would provide timely answers 24/7. Additionally, filtrate and redirect inquiries that don't pertain to our product—offering the ability to locate the correct support team contact information.

You can customize the experience for your clients, make it sound as human as possible and provide different paths to find the answers needed

If the Inquiries your support team receive are very complex and the answer varies based on the specific client setup, it can be challenging to classify them and provide the correct answers
