Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My organization uses Zoom Workplace for all of our internal and external meetings. This can range from staff calls, partnership discovery, mini trainings or webinars, to brainstorming and work sessions. This product addresses the need for us to have a functional, personable space to work as a team and introduce and engage with our work with external entities with ease. The scope of our use case is wide, we always use Zoom Workplace to meet.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Large meeting rooms that our marcomms team is able to navigate and problem solve with quickly and easily.
Ability to schedule meetings with internal and external team members for workshops. Provides us with several tools to communicate and share ideas without having to even turn your mic on.
AI companion to remember points that were made and provide a summary to those who were unable to attend after the meeting.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to turn off or opt in and out of AI companion automatically. For some meetings, an even briefer summary or table would be nice.
Free translated captions and summaries for workshops with communities that do not speak english as a first language.
My Zoom Workplace requires me to restart at least once a week or it will cause some issues with crashing. This may be my device.

Teams has never worked for our organization, it constantly crashes the computers, freezes up, and is not as easy to navigate for us.

1. Love the ease for scheduling meetings future, reoccurring, cancelling etc.
2. Dislike how it can be confusing to transfer ownership of a reoccurring meeting to another meeting member when they are ooo for a set period of time
3. Like how it is easy to navigate between where the audio is coming from/ your mic source/ camera
