Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used Zoom Workplacen for meetings, instant messaging internally and file sharing. Also, utilizing it for conference calls for team members outside of the office or for training sessions. We used it heavily during the Covid periods of work from home requirements. Since then, we have opted for Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft Teams

Teams seems to provide better quality overall when it comes to video or calls. Teams being a Microsoft product integrates well with Office 365 as well. We ended up switching from Zoom Workplace to Microsoft Teams due to more features and overall better experience for our corporation and end users.
