Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS

I used ZoomInfo for marketing automation and recruiting purposes. It was used to take executive candidates to market in a customized and targeted fashion, based on the candidate's specified requirements. ZoomInfo offered a platform which allowed for target list customization by way of filters.

  • In my opinion, data quality is terrible
  • In my experience, customer service sucks
  • In my opinion, sleazy sales tactics
  • Contract misdirection
  • No options for reporting poor data quality
  • Rude account management reps

  • Negatively impacted marketing production, as too much time was spent vetting what was often incorrect data.
  • Negatively impacted prospecting communications, as many of the contacts provided were not filtered correctly or were titled incorrectly.
This platform might be well suited for organizations with deep pockets and huge marketing budgets, however, if you're a start-up, and you're looking o get the most bang for your buck....ZoomInfo is not the tool for you. In my opinion, it is a complete and utter rip-off.
