Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS

I use this in order to gain connections with companies and candidates. This platform has been amazing to use and gain insight on industries.
I also love the fact that I can connect with candidates and that this platform works hand in hand with MANY other platforms to allow me an inside look at the companies and candidates I am looking at.
Thank you to those at ZoomInfo who work every day to make your user's experience easy and giving very useful information!

Pros

  • Makes it easy to connect with companies and candidates.
  • Allows you to see pretty accurate data for companies.
  • Allows you to get most all the information you need all in one platform.

Cons

  • A little more up to date as at times I will export a list and some of the numbers do not correspond to the person I call.
  • I would love to see a more friendly filter option for the mobile app as there are more options on desktop.

  • I have been able to grow my database and connections tenfold.
  • I have also been able to connect in more than one manner with candidates and companies both, thus allowing me to have more connections.
As far as less appropriate, I must say there really isn't room for this statement. This is a useful tool to have as it has allowed me to gain insight into industry sizes, reputations, and to gain some very strong connections.
It has also helped me in getting candidates into new positions just by giving me the info I needed to make the calls I needed to make and I have been able to make some strong connections in that aspect.

Using ZoomInfo SalesOS

ZoomInfo is my go to service. This connected with Linkedin Recruiter has been an amazing tool to use in gaining some very useful and strong connections!

  • Searches are super easy!
  • Doing Filtered List Builds is a Breeze
  • Getting the Criteria set correctly can be hard, but nice once it's done.
  • Some of the numbers are wrong at times, but to be expected when phone numbers change every day!
Yes - Other than the fact that search filters are lesser than the desktop version, it is still a great platform to use. When you are mobile and need a quick search, it makes it easy to use on my phone allowing me to be mobile in my work environment when needed!
