Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS
I use ZoomInfo to research and build a list of potential clients. I have also used it to upload old contact lists into and automatically update where people are now working or if their job title has changed. Uploading lists was seamless, and it updated in the background while I continued to work on other projects. Finding the correct contact at a company has always been a challenge and a real task when you call and ask for a specific position instead of a person. Normally the gatekeeper would send you to voicemail. When you look up the contact on ZoomInfo and call and ask for them directly, most time you speak to a real person the first time. Takes the long cold call task and makes it much quicker.
- Correct contact information at your fingertips.
- InSite's into who has viewed your company website recently.
- Ability to load outside information and ZoomInfo searches it automatically.
- Sometimes the contact information is out of date.
- It would be nice if you request and update a contact if you got a reply saying it was done or not.
