Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Data Protection

We use DLP for inline web, and some CASB - we had DLP but when we switched to Zscaler proxy we had to switch to Zscaler Data Protection

Pros

  • it does work well in finding leakage
  • setting up CASB was easy

Cons

  • the GUI needs to be more user friendly
  • one screen for all policies and we pick what we want to do
  • can we personalize emails sent
  • need to pick to delete incidents when not needed
  • the proxy was a very successful product
  • proxy found traffic that others didn't
I went from having 12 policies to 50 to do the same thing I was doing before, reports are so hard, ZWA (Zscaler Workflow Automation) can be more user friendly
