Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Data Protection

In my organization, we use Zscaler Data Protection for Web DLP (data loss prevention), starting to deploy endpoint and email

Pros

  • Platform of security capabilities
  • Customer feedback responsiveness
  • Quick innovations

Cons

  • UX design
  • Building advanced DLP that goes beyond Regex, EDM, IDM, etc
  • Telling the story of an incident rather than just detailing out a disconnected list of events.
I gave Zscaler Data Protection this usability rating because, in my opinion, The Zscaler Data Protection UX (user experience) feels really disconnected. Doing a log search is INCREDIBLY slow and painful. In my experience, The reporting is also disconnected.
