Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

Primarily web traffic filtering and inspection. This allows us to write policy against specific users, granting or denying access to certain cloud applications. We are deploying this corporation wide in an effort to stop users accessing sites that they should not. The granularity and how specific you can get is beneficial for various one off situations.

Cons

  • URL categorization options
  • Clarification between URL categories/syntax
  • Bundling cost savings
The only issue is that some individuals don't understand what it does, which isn't exactly a Zscaler problem, perhaps more effective notices with blocks.

Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) is easy to deploy to a large environment and provide web filtering/security. There's not a ton of situations where ZIA would not be appropriate, maybe separate of branch connector sites.
