Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

ZIA is used for user workstations, server, and IoT devices to securely access the internet. We enforce our web policies both on and off network with Zscaler Client Connector on user workstations. We inspect traffic to identify/block malicious content coming in or sensitive data leaving the organization.

Pros

  • ssl inspection with no limits
  • granular policies for url filtering, cloud app control, file type control, ssl inspection, etc
  • Enforcing policies when users are on or off network with ZCC

Cons

  • ZCC upgrades occur so frequently, our large organization is often far behind in our upgrade schedule
  • ZCC versions are often buggy and we have to upgrade and immediately upgrade again
  • We would love to be able to export the admin user list - only option right now to share this list with auditors is to copy/paste and its very inconvenient
  • Being able to implement SSL inspection without paying for more hardware devices
