Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ZIA meets most of our needs as an organization but do find the constant changing between ZIA and other modules such as ZPA to be tedious. We also find that policy management in Zscaler can be somewhat hard to navigate from a UI UX standpoint. Product functionality however is exceptional

I would say that Zscaler thrives in configurability and ease of use compared to Cisco products

I believe Zscaler is well suited for larger organizations but falls short when used via smaller organizations or organizations with more antiquated software. Due to certificate pinning and other constraints, Zscaler cant meet needs in which these cases appear
