Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

In our organization, we use Zscaler Internet Access for Lack of IDS/IPS from branch networks.

Pros

  • Track users behaviour.
  • Simplify policy across user base.

Cons

  • In my opinion, there is room for improvement in Zscaler Internet Access to Streamline UI (user interface) and configuration options.
  • The impact Zscaler Internet Access has on our business objectives is a Reduced security attack surface mitigating potential cyber security risks.
I gave Zscaler Internet Access this usability rating for, in my experience, Zscaler Internet Access's Ease of use for end point deployment and user operation.
