Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

UEBA, CASB, security off VPN and eventually Zero Trust. DLP

Pros

  • ZCC install, response, login on various diff platform for easy user registration
  • blocking malicious sites
  • configurability to adapt to a complex environment

Cons

  • categorization of web URL's
  • capping max speed to 500mbps approx
  • SSL inspection breaking cert pinned sites(not your fault)
  • Our journey is starting but Zscaler has provided insights to user actions, specifically Shadow IT which we did not have prior to implementation
  • We are eagerly looking forward to the next phase with DLP implementation.
Need better log access/search capabilities, existing are very archaic, impossible to save commonly searched terms/users/variables
