Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

In our organization, We leveraged Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) to protect our HTTP and HTTPS traffic. Tunnel 1.0

Pros

  • Sandboxing
  • URL Catergories
  • Tenant Restrctions

Cons

  • searching for end user SCIm groups easier
  • being able to review blocks for end users as opposed to web insights.
  • Tenant Restrictions was a big win for our company
I gave Zscaler Internet Access this usability rating because, in my experience, Zscaler Internet Access has a Straightforward interface and easy to troubleshoot or disable.
