In my opinion, Zscaler Internet Access is Very User friendly and great too for managing your organizations Proxy

  • Cloud App Management

Cons

  • Web Insights
  • Portal Search engine for the different Security Categories
  • Cant answer as I have not worked with the tool from inception to give a accurate response on the matter
