Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

We are in the initial phases of using ZIA as our cloud firewall. We direct the majority of our traffic to ZIA currently, with the ZCC, we are just starting to look at capturing traffic where we can't install the ZCC. This gives us visibility into our traffic and added security. SSL inspection, web filtering, and DNS security. Our users receive the same security and policies with the ZCC client, whether they are on site or working remotely.

It works well once you have set it up, and typically doesn't require a lot of overhead from our staff to keep it running.

It works well for us in most applications. We work with a lot of vendors where we need to whitelist public IPs they use for access. We accomplish this with ZPA, but it would be beneficial to have a solution within ZIA that directs specific traffic to always display the same public IP.
