Blocks the latest and greatest hits easily
Allows you to create specific rules and groups for blocks and access
Access can be granted by groups,departments, locations and location groups.
Whitelisting, URL re-cartegorizing

Cons

I wish I could access logs beyond 90 days.
how you set up users has become more complicated with Zidenty but I understand why.
how often Zscaler logs you out even when in the process of using it

users are kept from being dangerous with how they navigate the internet
