Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

ZIA and ZDX are used. ZIA for most works when it works.

Pros

  • It can protect against various forms of cyber attacks.
  • It is relatively easy to manage.
  • Its policy is easy to understand.

Cons

  • Logs are hard to read; they span from east to West.
  • The education is not that good, in my experience.
  • The documentation can get much better.
  • When it comes to SSL inspection, developers need a way to handle third-party certificate stores.
  • It can protect against worms and help safeguard against C2 channels.
  • DNS attacks.
  • Good report that can be shared with the leader about the threat landscape and how Zscaler is protecting.
