Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

We use Zscaler Internet Access(ZIA) on all our ZCC clients that are deployed to our user based as well as with our server to internet traffic through GRE and IP sec tunnels. The business problem ZIA addresses is controlling and securing our user and server access to the internet.

  • SSL inspection for all applications
  • Granular control for browser control exceptions
  • granular control for advance threat protection exceptions
  • Increased visibility to user internet use
  • Advanced threat detection for internet based sites
Its straight forward to implement just need to ensure you have the policies identified you want to implement.
We previously used Bluecoat proxies which were on prem and very out dated. Using ZIA with the ZCC client has improved our internet access security for our end users.

Its very well suited for managing your users access to the internet and various cloud applications. Its less straight forward for controlling server internet access.
