Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

Zscaler Internet Access(ZIA) is used to protect our end users and endpoints

Pros

  • Cloud application definitions
  • Browser Isolation
  • Gen AI prompt capture

Cons

  • Suspicious URL categories could be made visible
  • ER: Have a GRE VIP that spans multiple data centers, so in the event that there is an issue at a DC you can fail over without us having to edit the firewall
  • It can be difficult getting the appropriate level of support at times on a call
  • inline SSL inspection has dramatically increased the volume of threats that we can detect and block
The product is good from a usability perspective. The new console and experience center will hopefully help with the issues we have with console slowness

works very well for road warriors, using PAC OnPrem isn't great, and also frequent issues with GRE Tunnels, so a move across to ZCC always on and T2 looks like the fix
