Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

In my organization, Zscaler Internet Access is Used for web filtering and end user protection.

Pros

  • Secure Access to the internet
  • quickly assign policies to user
  • rapid client deployment

Cons

  • Better alerts when primary exchange has issues
  • easier to redirect user to different data centers
  • Ease of getting new companies on boarded
  • easy to troubleshoot
I gave Zscaler Internet Access this usability rating because, in my opinion, The Zscaler Internet Access user interface is very easy to use and allows us to quickly manage a large organization
