Primary use case are executives who travel heavily, so securing remote access

Pros

  • Ensuring secure communications when traveling
  • Ensure secure access to business applications
  • User experience - Zscaler Internet Access/ZCC doesn't require end user interaction

Cons

  • Managing certificate pinning is a pain
  • Managing SSL bypass can be a pain
  • ZCC on iphones - not sealess
  • Zscaler Internet Access has resulted in a significant reduction in risk for our business
Zscaler Internet Access is great. We don't have ZDX, which may address this, but it's a challenge to take the telemetry and turn it into actionable tasks.
