Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

In our organization, We use Zscaler Internet Access for all controls - proxy, DLP, CASB, etc.

Pros

  • Policy control.
  • DLP
  • Inline FW.

Cons

  • Automation
  • Chronicle integration.
  • Help secure the areas we needed to ensure.
  • Streamlined our resolutions.
I gave Zscaler Internet Access this usability rating because, in my opinion, Most of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) is fairly intuitive; however, some areas can be improved, such as implementing better RBAC controls.
Some areas are better, some need some work to improve.
