Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler SASE
The best thing I like about Zscaler SASE is that it keeps my internet browsing secure. I can safely browse the internet without worrying about the consequences of browsing of website since Zscaler internet security enabled. It takes away the need of installing multiple application to secure the workstation while interacting with internet and simply replace it with a Zscaler application provides the capabilities of different applications via cloud. It also increase the performance.
- It secure cloud-based application without the data center having complex configuration.
- Reports are easily customizable from minute details that you want as IT to High level overview for executive presentation.
- Category blocking with different profiles-these categories updated in real time for better protection.
- Failover monitoring for GRE tunnel could be improved although it does work
- support need to be improved.
- Sometimes blocking genuine access also.
- Ease of deployment
- customization with respect to company requirement and IT policies.
- Having the ability to do decrypt SSL traffic works well
- We are slowly moving away from VPN as our primary security mechanism and this permits this.
- Bandwidth control.
- The user can disable this anytime
